A Systematic Approach to Tasting Wines The SAT (with actual tastings of 2-3 wines) analyzes a wine based on appearance, smell and taste and draws a conclusion based on these key features, for example regarding the quality the wine. An introduction to sweetness, acidity, body, alcohol, tannin and aroma profile of the wines. These conclusions will act as a database for the user or consumer to select and identify the style and wines which they prefer and also the basis for the right food paring.

Junmai or Daiginjo : Hot or Cold ? The session introduces the Japanese sake general properties and structure out the different styles of sakes – Honjozo, Junmai and Daiginjo, with the focus on the different characteristics of the Junmai and Daiginjo. The actual tastings of the 2 Japanese sakes under different serving temperature will let the participants analyzes the sake based on appearance, smell and taste and draws a conclusion based on these key features. These conclusions will act as a database for the user or consumer to select and identify the style and sake which they prefer and also the basis for the right food pairing.
